To je \u017eivljenjska izku\u0161nja temeljnega pomena, saj Tomu posreduje organizacijske sposobnosti in smernice samostojnega vodenja. Za tem se preizkusi v znani italijanski restavraciji v Gr\u010diji. \u0160e zadnji\u010d nastopi kot odvisni delavec: zaposli se pri Valeriji, takrat uveljavljenem gostinskem obratu na Krasu. Medtem se leta 2007 poro\u010di z Jano.
